Dosage & Frequency

The appropriate amount of Jacuzzi® Chlorinating Granules to use depends on the volume of your hot tub.

Regular Maintenance:
Add 2 grams of granules per 1,000 liters of water to increase the free chlorine level by 1 ppm. Aim to maintain a consistent chlorine level between 3 to 5 mg/l. The frequency of adding chlorine depends on your usage patterns and bathing habits, whether it's a daily, bi-daily, or weekly routine.

Super Chlorination:
Periodically, it is advisable to super chlorinate (shock) the hot tub to control odours and algae. To super chlorinate, add 1 oz of this product for every 500 gallons (approximately 1,892 liters) of water.
