Premium Pool & Spa is an established Okanagan dealer and service network for leading brands, including Jacuzzi®. With decades of combined trade experience, our Kelowna, Vernon, and Kamloops teams handle parts, warranty processing, and long-term technical support for contractors nationwide.
Who This Division Serves
Self-install-capable professionals only: builders, framers, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, property managers, and rural dealers.
Scope of Service
- Supply only: wholesale tubs, covers, steps, chemicals, and accessories.
- Curbside freight: appointment window; lift-gate where available. Contractors are responsible for move from the curb to pad.
- Remote support: hookup specs, start-up guides, troubleshooting via phone/email/video.
- Warranty: OEM coverage applies. Claims processed by PPAS service team. See Sunrans Warranty Coverage.
Contractors Are Responsible For
- Pad prep & base installation
- Craning or site placement beyond curb
- Electrical hookup
- On-site start-up & maintenance (retail service available separately)
Offer & Freight Rules
- First spa freight: covered up to CAD $2,000 (any overage billed at cost).
- Second spa freight: standard freight quoted per postal code.
- Documentation: electrical requirements (typically 240V/50A), site checklist, and start-up steps per SKU.

Service & Warranty
