Sunrans Hot Tub Warranty Coverage

1) Model Numbers

This Information is standard across the following models:

SR8171 • SR8173 • SR8174 • SR809C • SR8101C • SR8102B • SR808A • SR8115B

2) Date of Warranty Commencement

The warranty becomes effective on the date of hot tub delivery.

3) Warranty Terms & Conditions

• 5 years: hot tub structure
• 3 years: acrylic surface
• 3 years: electronic equipment and controls
• 3 years: plumbing components

4) Warranty & Labour

• Labour warranty is available only during the applicable 3–5 year warranty terms.
• Transport charges for spas are not included.
• Labour reimbursement: $100.00 per hour (maximum). $150.00 for 2 hours or more.

We Provide Warranty Labour for:

• Major leaking from pipe connections and jet connections
• Incorrectly equipped parts, pump, or spa pack
• Skirt panels broken or skirt panel screws coming loose
• Hot tub acrylic damaged

We Do Not Provide Warranty Labour for:

• Pillows, diverters, jet inserts, replacement screws
• Skirt trim cover replacements

Parts Provision: We will supply new parts during the warranty process upon receipt of relevant photos as evidence of damage or repair requirements.

5) Warranty Void Conditions (Note)

This warranty is void if product failure or defect is attributable to any extrinsic cause, including: accidental damage, improper use, modification, adaptation, neglect, wear and tear, improper installation, drops or falls after delivery, improper connection with any peripheral, or an external electrical fault.
